ZNY cellular glass anti-wear agent
ZNY cellular glass anti-wear agent is a specific agent obtained adding a certain amount of organic material into the main none-organic material before reacting under high temperature. The major function of it is to prevent the damages, peel and cracking to the cellular glass caused by shock or friction during the operation of the mechanical equipment。
Instructions
1. Use a scraper to homogenously apply the anti-wear agent onto the inner layer of the cellular glass. After a little cried, bond it tightly onto the equipment or pipe.
2. Consumption per square meter is approx 2 Kg.
Note
1. After each bucket of it is used, the bucket must be properly sealed to prevent the curing of the product.
2. After each bucket of it is used, if in a certain time the agent will not be used. It is suggested to seal it property.
3. Storage: it must be stored inside warehouses or in a cool and dry place with good ventilation.
